Luis was the adoring and devoted father of Lucia, Logan, Gavin, and Lillyanna, whose lives he cherished deeply. He was the cherished brother of Jorge Diaz (Katie) and Emilia Manjarrez (Nefi), and the beloved nephew of Daisy and John Blangiardo. Luis shared a profound bond with his late fiancée, Kaitlyn McCready, who always held a special place in his heart.
Luis was known for his easygoing nature and selflessness. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need—"no" simply wasn’t in his vocabulary. Whether it was helping a friend fix a car or assisting someone in need, Luis embodied kindness and generosity.
He had a deep love for motorcycles, especially his Harley-Davidson, and a passion for working on cars and trucks. Luis's enthusiasm for big rigs began when he was just a little boy. Riding in the car with his aunt and uncle, he would eagerly motion to tractor-trailer drivers to blow their horns and light up with excitement when they did. This childhood joy turned into a lifelong career as a tractor-trailer driver, where he paid it forward by honking his horn for kids, bringing smiles to their faces just as he once experienced.
Luis’s life was a testament to hard work, adventure, and a love for the open road. His vibrant spirit and warm smile will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
