Dear Carol and your entire family,
I’m so saddened to hear about your loss of your husband Jim, 
I met him several times at the old bar & the new one on i. Port Jefferson. I also met him when I went to your house, when I came over and you were helping as I started teaching with you, he came in & just laughed as I sat in your kitchen wondering how I was going to be able to teach with you as a colleague & not my former nursing instructor.
But the best memory I have of you both is you & Jim dancing to “rappers’ delight” (yes, a rap song from the late 70’s) I got my wedding video back & laughed you both out there having a ball dancing & having a fun. 
Once again, I’m so sorry for your loss & I know that Jamie & Raegan & James and all your grandchildren will be with you.

Dear Carol and family,
One of the best experience in my life was working for you both at Pennyloafers. Sneaking in the back door, when I was 16, to play foosball and hang out with my older friends. I'll never forget the look on Jim's face one night ,it was my 18th birthday. We're having a party and he say's" WTF", you've been coming here for a couple of years!!! So many good memories and friends, but best of all was meeting my wife there 38 years ago. Condolences to you and your family, and Rest in Peace, Jim !!!  Steve and Karen Grube

So sorry to hear about Jim’s passing.
He was a great friend and boss.
I had lots of good times and lots of laughs with him.
Great sense of humor and quick Witt.
He has gotten me and many others through some tough times.
Hope he’s on the other side setting up a new place for us all to go too!
