Gary Joseph Cinque

Gary Joseph Cinque of Coram, NY, passed away on September 26, 2024, surrounded by his beloved family. He was born on April 6, 1964, in Plainview, NY, and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Gary was the devoted husband of Bernadette for 33 wonderful years, a partnership built on love and friendship. He was a loving father to his three children: James, Matthew and his fiancée, Victoria Curcio, and Diana Cinque. His family was his pride and joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

As a cherished brother, Gary is remembered by his siblings: John and his wife Jane, and Maria Cuccia. He shared a special bond with each of them, providing support and joy throughout their lives.

Gary was the proud owner and operator of Out Of This World Toys & Gifts in Port Jefferson, where he brought smiles to countless children and families. He had a passion for toys and was dedicated to creating a magical shopping experience for his customers.

An avid fan of the New York Mets, Gary found joy in cheering for his team. He had a wide range of interests, including technology, bowling, and playing ping-pong. A chess champion and a master of magic tricks, he brought fun and excitement to family gatherings. His love for cookies was well-known, and he enjoyed sharing them with loved ones.

Gary was also a devoted pet owner, and his black and white Shih Tzu, Oreo, was a constant source of companionship and joy.

Most importantly, Gary’s greatest love was for his family. He was a beacon of kindness and laughter, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his warmth, generosity, and the joy he brought to those around him.

A visitation for Gary will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. Funeral mass on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 11:30 AM at St Gerard Majella R.C. Church, 300 Terryville Rd, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. Cremation Private.
