Beloved wife of the late Matthew. Loving mother of Joseph Russo. Adored daughter of the late William and Kathryn Kaelin. Dear sister of the late William, Arthur and Robert. Cherished cousin of Ginny Drews, John Drews (Wendy), Christine Kistner (John) and Michelle Hymowitz (Neil). Ann loved each one of her many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
Ann taught in the Rocky Point Schools for over 25 years, where she also served as the President of the Rocky Point Teacher's Association. She was the past President of the Sound Beach Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, the founding Mother of the Sound View Garden Club and the Treasurer of the Sound Beach Civic Association.
Reposing at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY. Visitation for Ann will be on Wednesday, July 6th and Thursday, July 7th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass 10 AM Friday at St. Louis de Montfort R.C. Church, 75 New York Avenue, Sound Beach, NY. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Ann to either the Sound View Garden Club, Hope House Ministries or the American Cancer Society.
