Andrew Robert Cassidy passed away on February 19 after many years of struggling with lung disease. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jean, his sons, Andrew Robert Jr. and Kevin, daughter,Lauren, grandchildren, Dylan, Andrew Robert III, Samantha, Megan, Kyrsten and Lucy, and sister,Carole, who loved and adored him. His family was his everything, what he cherished. He was always loving, giving and involved. He spent most of his career as an administrator in the Comsewogue School District. He truly enjoyed his students and staff and served his tenure with professionalism and humor. He was admired by all. Andrew (Andy, Bob) was born and raised in Greenport, NY and has resided in Port Jefferson for the past 55 years.
