Aaron brought such sunshine into my life!  We had a large group of friends who used to get together, but it was always Aaron who was the nicest and most helpful. Aaron and I became dating coaches for each other. We made each other laugh all the time! And I remember when Aaron met his dear Martha.  He told me how he liked her right away.  They would go to church together or just spend time together.  But despite liking her a lot he didn't kiss her!  How I rided him for that!  When are you going to kiss her I would ask him? But he wanted to get to know Martha on a different level. Well he and Martha obviously became far more than just friends and I couldn't have been happier for them both.  I will never forget the wonderful fun we had together. I will never forget his humor, intelligence, and insightfulness. Aaron we will always miss you!

As we say good bye to our friend Aaron, we were so lucky that we got to know him, thru his girlfriend Martita.  Even though We only knew Aaron for a short time we really enjoyed his company and was a pleasure to be around.You will live in our hearts forever

I am a contract writer with IBM and provided contract writing support for some of Aaron's deals.  In his phone calls and emails, Aaron projected vitality, warmth, and authenticity, and I always enjoyed working with him.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I was married to Aaron ‘s Uncle Neal Percudani.When I first met Aaron I was taken by his beautiful smile and warm personality.Aaron came to his Uncle’s 80 th birthday party . He loved his uncle and his uncle thought he was something special . Aaron ,Uncle Neal is there for you .You will always be loved and remembered Love from me to you as well!!

I also had the honor of working with Aaron at IBM the past year.  He immediately made an impression on me with his passion for life:  love for his son; his desire to innovate and serve our clients at work; and an authentic, caring personality that was accessible and engaging.  I am thankful to have known him, and will miss being able to share life and work with him.

We met Aaron on Christmas Eve of 2015, our friend Martha introduced him to us and immediately felt like we knew him forever, and I think the same happened to our other friends, when they  met him.  Aaron was always happy and very entusiasthic for the next get together.  A few times he  brought his son Cole with him, and you could see how a great father he was...very dedicated, very loving, the way when he mention about his parents, “they are the best” that is what he told us the last time we saw him ... I can imagine how hard this time is for his family, parents,  son, brothers, and girlfriend Martha.  We will pray for all of them, and for us.. we will miss a good friend.

Aaron will forever be missed by his IBM family. I had the honor of working closely with Aaron for the past few years in Tealeaf services, and not a day went by that we weren't chatting about some thing, or another, and whilst it was primarily business related, the love Aaron had for his son, Cole, always came shining through. I'm not sure what impressed me the most about Aaron, whether it was his obvious love and admiration of his "little guy", Cole, or his sense of humor that brightened every work day, his bellowing laugh, or in what a genuine and kind person he was. Losing our teammate, Aaron, leaves such sorrow, but rest assured that it will be the rays of sunshine gleaming down from up high that will always remind us of him.  

Not sure that I can speak as eloquently as Audra, but I will share what I can.
At IBM Aaron and I interacted on a regular basis over the past couple of years, sometimes daily. 
Though we only met once, I felt like we were genuine friends. 
Earlier this year I shared with him that one of my goals for 2018 was to learn how to play guitar. Despite the fact we were on the phone I could see him light up when I said this. I had no idea he played, but he was soon offering advice, sharing videos and generally taking a sincere interest, regularly asking me about my progress.
And the word sincere is key here. He was sincere in everything he did, and he will be missed.
My sincere and heart-felt condolences go out to his family.

Aaron was part of a very large family at IBM.  We worked closely in our small organization within IBM and because of the nature of our business and Aarons many gifts I had an opportunity to work with Aaron on several projects over the years.  Most recently we shared a brief car ride from our Hotel to a Client site for an important meeting.  He spent the entire time talking about Cole and his deep love for his son.  I shared stories of my son and his love for music and the Guitar and Aarons face lit up like a little kid.  He shared with me his love for music and the way that it always grounded him and helped him disconnect from all of the stresses of our daily lives.  I will forever remember Aaron as he was during that car ride; full of joy when he talked about his beautiful son and full of childlike play and peace when he spoke about music.  Aaron was likely one of the smartest, most gifted people I have had the opportunity to work with at IBM.  His kind heart and gentle spirit will be greatly missed in my day to day and my heart goes out to Cole and Aarons family and dear girlfriend as this loss is enormous indeed.
