Tess R. Savage, 47, of Binghamton was tragically taken from us on April 19, 2023. She was predeceased by her father David Butts and son Elyjha Savage. She is survived by her children; Kalyb Poirier, Brendyn (Shania Woloch) Savage, Madisyn Savage and Schyler Savage, grandchild; Everly Savage, first husband Michael Savage, his fiancée and Tess’s dear friend Jennifer Greenmun, her siblings; Everett Butler, Kenny (Kendra) Butler and Lloyd Butler and her mother Sarah Butler, her stepmother Sandy Spencer and her children, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, countless friends, and her beloved dogs; Sonic, Sasha and Starla. Tess was the definition of compassion. First and foremost she was a loving mother to her children and all of their friends. Her passion was helping others and expressed that in her career as a consignment shop owner, teacher and ultimately a care coordinator. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchild, and friends. Tess had a contagious laugh that could flood a room with joy and a benevolent heart. She will be mournfully missed by her family and all of those who knew her.
Funeral service will be held at Nimmonsburg United Methodist Church on April 29, 2023. The family will receive friends and family for the calling hours from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with the service to follow shortly after.
