Michael Davis

Michael A. Davis, 60, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. He was predeceased by his parents Albert & Joyce Davis, father-in-law Victor Cusimano; his beloved dog Casey and his grand horse Tommy.

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Debra Davis; his daughter Alicia Davis and son Michael Davis, Jr.; grandchildren Parker Davis and Hazel Davis; aunt Margaret Cornelius, uncle Joseph DuBrava; mother-in-law Ethel Cusimano, sister-in-law Vickie Cusimano; brother-in-law Donald Cusimano; his special niece and nephew Sabrina and Joseph; special friends Steve & Patty Lee and Wayne Jacobs and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He retired from the Broome County Highway Department after over 30 years of service and then worked part time at the Town of Chenango and the Town of Fenton. Mike was an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time at camp hunting and boating with his son Michael, Steve and Patty. He also enjoyed spending many years with his 4H family supporting his daughter Alicia at her horse shows.

The family will receive friends at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 2-4pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 4pm. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers kindly consider memorial contributions to Little Tags Foundation, 5231 Foster Road, Cortland, NY 13045.
