Grandma, we will all miss you so much. You brought so much love and happiness into the whole family and everyone you knew. It is hard to have you leave us all, but we know we will see you again. Give everyone with you big hugs and kisses from us all.

I will never forget you aunt Lillian even thou I barely seen you....i wish you couldve gotten to know my kids better because i always talked about you to them  ecspecailly my oldest daughter we will always remember you and i finally got your kolasehis recipe mastered dont think i spelled it right but i know you know what iam talking about because i would always call you about it they will never taste as good as yours but close enough you know how much i loved yours you've always held a special place in my heart and always will you were such a wonderful aunt to me and I will never forget how happy u made me feel to see you hear your voice and the stories u told me about my father iam glad i got to see you before you passed even thou it made me so sad to see you in so much pain but you knew I was there beside you talking to you the way you looked at me I'll never forget that but I know your in a better place now and not in pain anymore... Love you so much and you will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved you may you rest in peace xoxoxo

I first met Lil when I was 15. She treated me as one of her own. There are no words that can express how I feel so all I can say is I will always think of her as Ma, and there will be a hole in my heart with her loss.

Mom - How do I find the strength to say goodbye to you?  You have been part of my life for so many years now.  I have been your "daughter", your friend and your caregiver.  I was very blessed to be part of your life.  You welcomed me into your family like I was always meant to be part of it.  We shared many precious moments throughout the years.  I will miss going to garage sales with you & trying to talk you out of buying things that you didn't need.  I will miss playing cards with you at the kitchen table or even in the hospital.  I will miss you telling me stories of the good old days.  I will always treasure every word of wisdom you ever gave me - yes even the ones that I may not have agreed with.  I know that you made my life more special & much fuller just by being part of it.  I will never forget your warm nature, your caring heart or your love of life & family.  You were the kindest, most generous & compassionate woman I have ever met.  You taught me to treasure what I have and not think about what I could have or should have had.  I will never forget all of the very special moments that we shared. I know that you are not in pain anymore & for that I am grateful.  I hated seeing you suffer.  It broke my heart & the hearts of all of those who loved you.  As much as I will miss you, I know that you are in a better place.   I cannot say goodbye because you will be forever in my heart.  I will say see you again some day.  I love you with all of my heart.  Bye for now!  Your "daughter" & your friend!

I've known Lil for a lifetime, it seems, and will miss knowing she was always there. She was a good friend at first. then a great sister-in-law, and then a great friend from then 'til now. She is thought of as family always and will be sorely missed. Harold, Dave, John, Roger, and Denny, I know how you feel and you should know that we all will miss her, as do you. We shall all come together on the other side. Until then Lil, remember you are loved here on earth.

I am sorry for your loss. The picture is perfect - that is how I remember the feisty "Miss Lillian". I am glad I got to meet her if only for a day. She is now a wonderful Angel in Heaven running around (definitely NOT sitting still!) and watching over those she loved and who loved her. Our prayers with you all.  God Bless.
