My ex mother inlaw pass on Saturday morning she will be a great lost to her children, grand children and great grand children who will feel the deepest lost. Upon reflecting on Eva I realize she has been apart of my life since I was a teenager when I married her oldest son Willie Jim at the age of 17. I've known her 41 years thats most of my life. As I reflect upon those times thru the good and the bad she always stood firm and by her principles that her mother, Grandma Woopie instilled in her who I also knew since I was 4 yrs. old. She left me with alot of old stories she shared with me from the (old south) Georgia. And several hard knock lessons she taught me throughout the 41 years that I can say today that I appreciated her teaching me them. I once told her with tear in my eyes and my youngest daughter standing to the left side of me, "I've known you all my life and looked at you as if you were my mother". Today once again tears fill my eyes and as grieve fills my soul as our heavenly Father wraps your spirit within his love. You will be miss and thought of often. Willie Jim my heart goes out to you and wish I could be there with you as you were for me with my fathers passing. She will always be alive as long as you keep her memory alive.

I have so many fond memories of your mom and our mom plotting together to keep all of us kids in line. Sometimes (most of the time) they got us but we had our momemts when we got them (or so we thought). It was like we had two moms what one didn't see the other one did.
