Barbara L. “Babs” Igo, 83, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 18, 2024. She was predeceased by her sister Dorothy Corey.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Michael Igo. She is also survived by her children, son Michael Igo, Jr. (Peggy), daughter Christine Brown (Tim), son James Igo (Julie) and son Timothy Igo; 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; sister Nancy Shatara; sister-in-law Helen Gaffney and her best friends Donna & Tim Phillips.
Barbara was a kind, generous, loving person who enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, camping and shopping but most of all she loved spending time with her beloved children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
At Barbara’s request, there will be no funeral service. The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
