Gary Wayne Kroeker of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia passed away on November 30, 2023.
On November 30 2023 the world lost an amazing human after a tough battle with cancer. To know Gary was to love him.
Gary was loved and survived by his wife Marlene, daughter Lori (Rob Michielin), son Jamie, grandchildren Payton, Malaena, Rylan and Kinley. Brothers Mel of Port Albernie and Glen (Jennifer) of Terrace.
Gary became a member of Operating Engineers Local115 in April of 1971. In 1992 he became Business Manager until he retired in 2010. Gary paved the way for the Union movement. He was an officer for BCFED, Canadian Labor Congress, the Building Trades. Gary was also a VP for the IUOE. He also was on the Board for Community Savings Credit Union and BCIB. When he retired he joined Pitt Meadows Golf Club.
He will be remembered as the best husband, Dad, Papa, Brother, Uncle and friend. SIMPLY THE BEST!
