After graduating Jefferson Township high school, he went to Lake Forrest college and then went to University of Norte Dame but he wasn’t done there. John then decided to get his masters at WGU.
John moved down to Florida in 1992, where he then started a long, loving career at Charlotte county. John was a network engineer for Charlotte county for 20 plus years.
John met Cynthia Burdick in 2004, where they dated for sometime but then got married a couple months later. They have been married for 16 years.
One of John’s biggest accomplishments was not only being a dad but being a grandfather. He was known as being their superhero, even as adults he was still seen that way. He was always there for them through their ups and downs, and then taught them to enjoy what life has to offer.
John and Cynthia loved to go on cruises together, they would take one or two at least during the year. They have gone to the Bahamas, St. Thomas, and many more places during their travels on the cruise trips. They would come back with so many pictures.
John left behind his beloved wife Cynthia, along with his 5 kids ( John Jr, Kathryn, Nicholas, Kirsten, and Stephanie ). He also left behind his 10 wonderful grandkids.
A private celebration will be held on July 13, 2021, at their home with family and friends to remember his life.
