Shirley Rose Duhon Obituary Born: June 14, 1936 Crowley, Louisiana Passed: December 24, 2023 Groves,Texas Shirley Rose Duhon, known as “Granny D” to her family, passed away on December 24th at the age of 87 in Groves,Texas. She was a resident of Groves,Texas for more than 30 years.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents Cullis and Ozey Abshire and brothers J C Abshire and Caster Abshire. She is survived by her sister Norma Courts of Crowley Louisiana, daughter Rebecca Daigle of Groves, Texas, and three sons Patrick Guillotte and his wife LaDonna of Crosby, Texas, Kenneth Guillotte and his wife Staci of Baytown, Texas, Michael Dunphy and his wife Shane of Cleveland,Texas; 10 Grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
Funeral & Visitation 9am-11am with the service at 11am will be held at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home 4841 39th street Port Arthur, Texas 77642. A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park, across the street from the funeral home after the service.
