Maria Luisa Lua de Ceja, age 89, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023 in Port Arthur. Maria a native of Cotija, Michoacan, Mexico was a homemaker. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Maria is survived by her children, Antonio Ceja. Abel Ceja, Estella Torres, Maria Ceja, Juana Vargas, Graciela Gonzalez, Angelica Longest, Beatrice Johnson and Guadalupe Ceja. She also leaves behind 45 grandchildren, 86 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchild.
A Visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will occur Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
