Margaret Mary Gutierrez, 93, of Port Neches, died Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Port Arthur, she has lived in Port Neches since 1976, and was a retired sales clerk with Dillard's after many faithful years of service.
Margaret enjoyed yard working, tending to her flowers, shopping, visiting friends and family, and especially spending time with all her kids. Margaret was a faithful member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.
A Celebration of Margaret's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church under the direction of Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Port Arthur. A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the funeral home.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Mike Niebus and Anesita Ramirez, and her loving husband, Joe V. Gutierrez.
Margaret is survived by her son Joseph Gutierrez of Houston, daughter, Christine Gutierrez of Port Neches, and two grandchildren, Grayson Walker Gutierrez, and Delaney Renee Gutierrez.
Margaret will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
