Juan Cardenas Torres

Juan Cardenas Torres, age 64, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 in Beaumont. A native of Cotija, Michoacan, Mexico. Juan was a wielder with Vessel Repair. He was a Parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He enjoyed traveling to Mexico, spending time with his family and listening to music. He was very fond of his roosters and chickens.

Survivors include his wife, Fatima Cardenas; son. Juan Cardenas, Jr.; daughters, Ana (Jose Becerra) Cardenas, Juana (Armando Soto) Cardenas and Jovita Cardenas; his brothers, Abraham Cardenas, Atilano Cardenas, Alberto Cardenas, Fernando Cardenas and Gonzalo Cardenas; sisters Juana Lopez, Hermila Lopez, Elena Cardenas, Alicia Cardenas and Angela Garcia. He also leaves 3 grandchildren behind to cherish his memories.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00PM Friday evening, January 12, 2004 at Grammier Oberle Funeral Home. The recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin a 7:00 PM. Juan will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park
