Jack E Rowley Sr., age 96, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021.
Jack was born January 5, 1925. He spent most of his life in Port Arthur and was a member of St. Peter's Church. After high school, Jack joined the Navy and was a mechanic. After his stay in the military, Jack worked as a welder for Gulf Oil and spent many years there until he retired. Jack was known to tinker with objects and build things.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents. Jack is survived by his son, Jack Rowley Jr. and wife Carol of Moss Bluff, Louisiana and two daughters, Susan Rowley of Groves and Patricia Forester of New Braunfels; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2021, at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves, Texas with Father David Edwards officiating.
