Glenda R. Domec

Glenda R. Domec, 75, of Groves passed away Friday, November 3, 2017, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Glenda was born June 29, 1942 in Port Arthur, Texas, to the late Dennis and Amy Theriot. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Glenda was a great cook and an immaculate homemaker. She enjoyed camping, the beach and being with her grandkids.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dennis Theriot and Jerry Theriot. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, John Domec; sons, Jeff Domec and his wife, Jeanice; daughters, Tracy Hecker and Brittany Teel and her partner, Tracie Chance; sisters, Joann Curtis, Jane Stelly and husband Mike, Sue Courville and husband George; brothers, Terry Theriot and wife Beverly, Richard Theriot, Kim Theriot and wife, Tammy and Jay Theriot. Mrs. Domec also leaves behind grandchildren, Chris Domec, Kael Hecker, Justin Domec, Taylor Green, Logan Domec; David Fells and his wife, Jamie; and Kirsten Teel; and eight great grandchildren to cherish her memories.

A Vigil will be held at 6:00 p.m., with the family to receive friends and relatives from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2017, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
