Audrey Biehle, 74, of Port Arthur, passed away Monday, October 17, 2011 at her home in Port Arthur. She was born on November 11, 1936 in Churchpoint, LA.; to the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Faul. She was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur. She was the owner and operator of Monceaux Drive In, Port Arthur, servicing her patrons for over 45 years.
Audrey could best be described as a devoted and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She was known in the community as a person who always gave a helping hand to others and a person of great faith. She serves as the religious rock for her family.
A gathering of her family and friends will be Wednesday, October 19, 2011, from 5:00p.m. Until 8:00p.m. With a rosary recited at 6:00p.m. At Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00a.m. Thursday, October 20, 2011, at St. James Catholic Church in Port Arthur, with a burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of over 25 years, Billy Biehle, daughters; Brenda Hebert and Kathy Barfield, and son, Aaron Biehle; brothers; John Melvin Faul and Leroy Faul; sister, Theresa Faul.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Biehle and her partner Drina Lisenby of Port Arthur; sisters; Dorothy Amy of Nederland, Priscilla Varnado of Port Arthur and Ethel Vidrine of Carencro, LA.; 7 grandchildren , 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
