Born September 12, 1965 in Vancouver, BC, Teresa is preceeded in death by her father Kenneth Martin and her lifetime companion Stephen Fry.
Teresa is survived by her children; Brian Khan, Casey Stubbs, Rene Weening, Desmond Fry, Coulson Fry and Kaylum Doherty; also her 5 grandchildren Austtin and Rylee Khan, Michael, Aydin & Lily Stubbs and also survived by her mother Catherine Boruck, brother Kenny Martin and her sisters Jenette Vlutters and Laurie Sturby.
She will be loved and missed by many other nieces, nephews and friends. A service of remembrance will be held at 11:00am on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 4005 6th Avenue, Port Alberni, BC. Stories and condolences may be left for the family at www.chapelofmemories.ca.
