Signe was born 26 April 1921, in Norway, the youngest of 5 children and the only girl. She immigrated to Canada with the love of her life, Arthur, in 1951.
She was a hard worker and loved the outdoors. She enjoyed living "on the farm" in Beaver Creek, where she raised her children. She loved to dance, to laugh and to knit. She was most proud of her children and they are very proud of her.
She was predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1975. She is survived by her children Ivan ( Wendey), Ann Karin (Ken) Reite, Arlene ( Gus) Bergman,
Stan (Tina), and 10 grandchildren. Michael, Matthew, Ryan, Jesse, Ginney, Aletha, Tahnee, Erik, Shane, Thor and 9 great grandchildren. She is missed.
There will be a celebration of life open house Sunday July 10, 2016 at Beaver Creek Hall from 10:00 till 1:30.
