Normie, Mr. B, or Butler as he liked to be called, left us peacefully in the early morning hours of Monday, July 31, 2017. He will be greatly missed. Norm loved women, the Canucks, The BC Lions, The AV Bulldogs, wrestling, a good joke, Operation Trackshoes and chocolate - not necessarily in that order.
A pat on the backside, followed by a marriage proposal was Norm's typical way to greet the women he cared about, and Normie cared about many.
Norm was loved by too many people to list, but a special mention goes to the people he lived with and who loved him the most: his staff at Maple House, Karen and Gord Gaddie, Granny and Matt, Anne, Mac, Matthew and Meaghan Smith.
A Celebration of Norm's time with us will be held 1:30 - 3:30, Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the Best Western Barclay, 4277 Stamp Ave.
Wear your favourite sports shirt or come waving your team flag. Mr. B would love that.
