Hard to believe you've been gone a month. How I wish you were still here son. I Love you son till we meet again.


Kaden there is so many  memories .I rember the day you first called me dad . It meant so much to me . Do you remember when you did good on your report card, mom and I took to Victoria  for the week end  you were so excited. I will  neaver forget you  I love you 

I miss you everyday that passes homie u wer never rude and always kind and carefull sure u wer clumsy and dence sometime but who isnt lol ur wer funny and outgoing i reemeber so.many good memories about u homie an ill never forget them bro rest in peice brother see u some day brotga

I remember the first time I went to your moms house, you made me spicy side kick noodles. For some reason they reacted so bad with my stomach, I got the worst stomach cramps. I remember how sweet you were, you went and got me pepto bismol to try and help but I was too sick to even drink it 😂 The first thing I noticed about you was how loving you were towards animals, especially dogs. I remember one time we were walking back out to your place from my dad's and when we got to the end of Walker road we saw a cat. I was talking about how when I was young it was always a dream of mine to find a litter of kittens. Well you followed that cat over to the ditch and no joke, there was a litter of kittens in the drain pipe. We had to rescue them, and ended up keeping 2 of the 3 kittens. I remember when I used to stay at your grandparents place, the dogs Austin and Oogie HAD to sleep in the bed with us. I remember how annoyed I would get, but every night you would still help both of them up onto the bed to sleep ❤ 

Kaden, you were my first love. It still doesn't feel real that you're gone. I remember you were interested first back in the summer before grade 11 and at first I was too shy to date you, but finally I caved and said yes. You were my first everything, you meant so much to me. I remember all the fun nights going to younglife or youth group, biking into town to get snacks from 711, or staying home and playing mantracker in your back yard. Lol I remember one time we hid together in the back shed and made out 😂 I remember your Gpa coming into your room one time and commenting on how you were leaning over me like a "praying mantis" 😂 I will never forget all the family trips, including the Alberta trip to visit your Dad's side of the family, and Disneyland with your Grandparents. Your family really was my second family. I wish things ended on better terms between us, I have my regrets and what if's for sure. I have always loved and cared for you. You will always hold a special place in my heart, Rest easy Kaden  ❤

We didn't get to know you extremely well, but what we did know about you, you were always smiling. When we had parties at your Mum and Dad's place you always played with the little ones. You were kind and gentle with all of them.
Kaden, you are missed and our love for you will go on forever.

I remember the day you born , I got to share in the happiness the birth of Kaden . I shed a tear in joy . And now I shed a tear in how he will be missed , Kaden your a kind soul ! I have a million memories, I wouldn’t know where to begin. From when you were little and always saying “let’s jump on the trampoline dad”. I would tell you to put away the toy you were playing with first and you would fall to the ground saying your legs were to sore to put it away, but 2 minutes later you were like,’ can we jump on the trampoline now’. You weren’t a big fan of cleaning up. Or your first Christmas concert, you would jump in the air and throw yourself to the ground, over and over again. You kept hurting yourself but you didn’t care. I don’t think you knew a single word to any of the songs, you just kept doing your own thing. Then there is the man you grew up to be, compassionate, especially to animals. Wanting to save all the animals which is why I have 6 cats and 3 dogs right now. You will be missed more than you will ever know. I am the luckiest mom in the world to be able to have 23 years to raise you.  Miss you always. 

Kaden, I am so truly thankful to have met you and get to know you a little. Though we didn't have a lot of time together, I will always remember your visits here to Alberta. All those times by the fire or the pool at Becca's, the laughs we all shared will echo in my heart forever. It's hard to think that I won't get to see you again, I would never have imagined the last time to be the very last... I would have hugged you more, talked to you more, been there more... never is a long time, but forever is even more. Your memory will live on forever my friend! Kayden.  I didn't know you well, but you were the only person that my grandson,  Jesse could count on to take him to Tofino to see his daughter.  I didn't drive and his other family members had excuses for not helping him,  but you never hesitated.  I always admired you for that and appreciated it.  You were at my house several times and always respected me and my home and had the sweetest smile. You were far too young and good to be taken so soon.  Wherever you are you will be welcomed with the same big smile and warm heart that was who you were. Thank you for being a part of Jesse's life and allowing me to get to know you. 

One of our favorite memories of Kaden was on a beautiful sunny day. We were having a bbq and Kaden was running around having fun and sneaking into the garden for freash carrots.  Papa and Kaden had put the garden in together. It was his smile that would brighten your day and sometimes make you wonder what he was up to.  My favorite  picture of him was taken on the same day. His dad (Corby), had his firerman helment with him and Kaden with his big smile was wearing it. We love you Kaden, until we meet again. Grandma And Papa.

oh Kaden, it's still so feels like a bad dream.. the day before you were taken from us so suddenly, we got to hang out for a couple hours and we were talking on a deep and real level.. you told me I was young and beautiful an smart and that anyone would be lucky to be with me and I'll never forgot that great last conversation we had.  We made plans and we will fulfill those when we meet again. For now rest in peace you beautiful soul and until we meet again my friend. I'm sad that we didn't get to make more great memories but I'm also ever so grateful for the ones we got to make. You definitely are the angel now  you always have been, just now you're looking over all of us. Love you Kaden I'm glad to have called you my feiend. 💖

I remember when he was a kid he came trick or treating at our house, and he didn’t like the scary decorations. You could tell right away he was a sensitive kind person whom we know will be terribly missed, for it is far too soon to loose him

I had the pleasure of teaching Kaden in dance class for many years. He was a hard worker and had so many talents, but most of all he was a kind soul who lit up the room and the stage. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends. 

A friendship as strong as brothers ! Kaden and myself aways had each others backs growing up. We were as you would say inseparable some of my best memories were hanging out at his place playing mini hockey and basket ball in the back yard. And the times we would play nurf guns and sneak into the property behind his. I remember we got chased by horses one time😂. So many laughs they are uncountable. Some of my fondest memories is how Kaden and myself would prank eachother or "troll" as you would say. One time Kadens parents had taken us out of town to play mini golf. As we got to the end of the match they had a bonus hole. If you got a hole in one you won a free play for the next time. I clearly remember to this day Kaden and myself got back to back hole in one's we were so excited about it  so much to the point where when we were leaving I forgot to put my putter back. We were almost to the car when the employee came running behind us to get it.😂😂 Boy Kaden didn't let that one go. In closing I just want to say Kaden I love you brother and I will always remember the times we spent together my heart is heavy but I know your wings are large rest easy.🤧😢

One of the best memories I have of my little cousin, was rewarding him after I just about got a spiked with a pitchfork by him accidently at Denis and Marlene's.  Was picking up some old straw or hay for my son's rabbit here, Kaden was about 10 years, and on top the pile of hay, playing with a pitchfork and accidently flew from his hands and just about got me, pointy end first.  Couldn't get mad cause it was an accident and was just plain funny.  So instead took him to the old mall, where they used to have a candy store in the corner.  They sold diabetic candy in there, so got him a mixed selection of all the different ones in there that were okay for him.  Couldn't fool him though, he still wanted the ones with the real sugar, but couldn't have them.  Don't know if he ever did eat all of them.  I remember the ride there and back to Denis and Marlene's and that boy asked more questions in that 1 hour than my 2 boys have in 20 years.  He showed the typical trait of a Tardif for talking.  He had a heart of gold even at that age.  I thank you Kaden, for showing me what a truly caring person is really like and for the memories you've given that I relish to this day . Dearest Kaden, Papa and i were talking about our memories of you. One of Papa's favorite was how you would sneak out to the garden to steal a carrot. Papa never mind, the garden was planted for you. But you would come into the house with a huge grin and smile, thats what we will treasure. Your smiles brighten our days, we love you and will miss you until we meet again. Love you always. Papa and Grandma. 

When you were around 9 years old I ran a small family daycare and you were one of kids. You use to try and lie to me about your sugars and I’d have to check because you were trying everything in the book to convince me you could have some cookies or whatever treats we had on hand that day. So fast forward 14 years... my oldest son Kaydin (24) was visiting last weekend and we were going through an old tote full of winter clothing and came across a JPII toque I’m pretty positive was yours. If not then I have no clue where it came from but a nice coincidence that triggered my  memory of you I just wrote. Rest in Paradise Kaden. You are already missed more then you know ❤️

I will miss you so very much, Kaden. You were my best friend & I will forever cherish all of our memories together. I think about you every single day. Heaven is so very lucky to have such an amazing soul with them. I love you. Rest In Peace my friend ❤️😢
