She is survived by her son Kirk Thompson; and her sisters Donna (Brendan) Finucane and Dianne (Art predeceased) Lefebvre.
Gail had a passion and love for the environment that set her on a path towards an interest in politics and protecting our natural resources, such as the beautiful trees in Cathedral Grove. Gail lived by her beliefs, making choices in food, clothing and lifestyle that reflected a deep respect for the natural resources of our planet.
