Troy Smith

He was a lifelong resident of Poplarville, Mississippi, a faithful member of Rolling Hills Baptist Church for the past two years and a member of the Poplarville Masonic Lodge.

Troy leaves to cherish his memories to the love of his life Mattie Gaddy; his two sons, Stacy Troy Smith (Tammy) and Stanley Dale Smith (Rachel); two daughters, Darlene Smith King (Romie) and Rhonda Smith Byrd (Anthony); one sister Audrey Lee Smith Hodge; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Namie and Lula Smith; three brothers, Roy, Stecil and Doyle Smith.

Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral service on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at ROLLING HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH, 1386 McNeill Steephollow Road Carriere, MS, for 11:00 a.m. Brother Barry Lee will be officiating the service. Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Baptist Church Cemetery, Carriere, MS. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Monday, October 17, 2016 at Rolling Hills Baptist Church.
