Rose Lee Odom

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, October 2, 2014 at White Funeral Home, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville. Burial will follow in Kennedy Cemetery. Mrs. Odom was born February 19, 1930 in Poplarville and was a homemaker.

Survivors include five children, Robert Earl (Laura) Odom, Jr., Thomas Earl (Judy) Odom, David (Jackie) Odom, Rosemary (W.A.) McCardle, Beverly (Mike) Amacker; three siblings, Ruby Miller, Jerry Wheat, O'Neal Wheat; sixteen grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and three great-great granchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Mable Passman Wheat; her husband, Robert Earl Odom, Sr.; one son, Kenneth Luther Wheat; one grandson, Robert Timothy Byrd; six siblings, Betty Duncan, Rev. Walton Tom Wheat, Luther Wheat, Jr., Joey Wheat, Billy Ray Wheat, and Pearlie Warner.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
