Retired Sgt. Mike De La Cruz, passed from this life on Saturday, May 11, 2024 to enter into his eternal rest. Mrs. Laura De La Cruz and family invite the public to a celebration of life for Sgt. De La Cruz On Friday, May 31, 2024 at 6:00 pm at White Funeral Home in Poplarville. Friends are invited to visit with family from 5:00 pm until the celebration of life begins.

Mike entered his final rest, as he went through life; with courage, dignity and honor. Sgt. De La Cruz served the great States of California, Louisiana, and Mississippi. After over 40 years of service, Sgt. De La Cruz decided to spend 30 years of service with his loving wife. Sgt. Mike and Mrs. De La Cruz continued to serve the State of Mississippi and the City of Poplarville. Mr. De La Cruz was a loving father to three daughters; Michelle, Ashley and Nicole. He lived in Poplarville, Mississippi with his wife Laura De La Cruz.
