Kirk Thaddeus Lahaye passed away at the age of 66 on Friday, March 24, 2023, in Poplarville, MS. Mr. Lahaye was self-employed and attended First Baptist Church of Poplarville. He enjoyed chartered fishing trips, golf and seafood boils. Kirk enjoyed spending time with his family while sharing his dry humor on the many nuances of rental properties. Mr. Lahaye is preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Rita Mae Lahaye; and sister, Deanna Lahaye. His memory will be forever cherished by his wife, Pamela Applewhite Lahaye; Son, Nicholas Lahaye (Aimee); Daughter, Natalie Lahaye Sablich (Justin); one sister, Sally Lahaye Young; brother-in-law, Woody Applewhite; and three grandchildren, Lucas Lahaye, Amelie Lahaye and baby girl Sablich whose arrival is expected in August.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the City of Poplarville Cemetery officiated by Bro. Kipp Smith and a fellowship with refreshments at First Baptist Church of Poplarville to follow.
