Glyndal "Pee Wee" Herndon departed this life into God's presence on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, at the age of 63. He died suddenly due to complications of the cancer that he fought for 2 1/2 years, without complaining.
Pee Wee was born in Newton, Mississippi, to Haskal and Eldora Langley Herndon, on August 2, 1961, along with his twin sister, Missie Landry. He attended Poplarville High School where he played football for the Hornets, and graduated class of 1979. He attended Pearl River Community College, where he received a degree in welding. He worked at Ingalls shipyard in Pascagoula for a short time. Inc. in Slidell, Louisiana, for 34 years, where he made numerous friends and they were part of his family.
He was a construction worker and master craftsman by trade, though he would say he wasn't. He loved hunting deer and hunted with dogs in his younger years.
