Billy Gerald Lee

Billy Gerald Lee, age 78, of Poplarville, Mississippi, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 16, 2021, surrounded by family. Billy was an avid hunter who loved the woods. He taught his nephews how to deer hunt and fish. Billy was the first of his nine siblings to meet the Lord.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Buford Orvelle Lee and Myrtis Lois Lee.

Billy is survived by his eight siblings; Lavelle Lee (Pat), Claudine Hancock (Thomas), Donald Lee (Elaine), Millerree Varnado (the late Gary), Floy Lee, Thomas Clayton Lee (Louise), Braxton Lee (the Late Nelda) and Charlotte Brewer (Russell); a host of nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend Billy's homegoing celebration on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 2:00 pm, at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, MS. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lee Cemetery No. 1, Poplarville, MS. Officiating the services will be Bro. Walter Pierce.
