Connie Lynn Dillard

Connie Lynn Dillard, age 51, died Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at her residence. She was a member of Cairo Baptist Church and had worked at Ashley Furniture before becoming disabled. She enjoyed fishing, dancing, watching television and eating sweets.

Services will be at 2PM Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Browning Funeral Home Chapel in Pontotoc with Rev. Randy Parchman officiating; burial will follow in the Cairo Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her daughter: Amanda Dillard (Riley Maharrey,Jr.) of Ecru, MS; her Mother: Bonnie Stokes Elliott of Blytheville, AR; two sisters: Gaye Clark and Joyce Chandler both of Blytheville, AR; one brother: Roger Dale Elliott of Blytheville, AR; her granddaughter: Nevaeh Landsdell, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father: Jerry Elliott, her husband: Mitchell Dillard, and three brothers: Melvin Elliott, Randle Elliott and David Elliott.

Pallbearers will be: Jimmie Cullins, Tony Cannon, Bruce Payne, John Berryhill, Jason Clark and Chris Tucker.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM Friday and from 1 to 2 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
