It is with great sadness that the family of Valerie Ann Anderson announce her sudden and unexpected passing on May 12, 2018 at the tender age of 50 years.
Born in Ohio, Valerie lived in several states including Tennessee, Illinois and California, with the last 20 years of her life in Sunrise, Florida. Valerie lived a life of passion and compassion, spending much of her adult life as a stay-at-home mom and assisting as a school volunteer. Leaving no bucket list, Valerie enjoyed the beach, the Smokey Mountains, weekend getaways, Paris, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
Valerie will forever be remembered by her husband and best friend, Paul as a loving wife of 26 years along with her sons, Maximilian, Morgan and memories of Malcolm. Valerie leaves behind her sisters, Terri Aubin and Bonnie Heithcock, her brother, James Hurless, her mother, Shirley Hurless and memories of her father, Terry Hurless.
Services for Valerie will be held on Sunday, May 20 beginning with a viewing at 1:00 and service at 2:00, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 200 West Copans Road Pompano Beach, FL 33064. There will be a celebration of Valerie’s life following the service at Forest Lawn beginning around 3:30.
