Rosa Garcia

Garcia, Rosa M. age 93 of Pompano Beach, FL passed away on March 8th, 2013. Born in Chicago, IL, she was a longtime local resident. She was a baseball fan-primarily the Yankees and the Indians, however her main passion was to her family. She is survived by her children: Maria P. Soltesz and Jay J. (Loraine) Garcia; by grandchildren: Rosa M. (Peter) Zingarella, Mary F. Soltesz, Michael (Anna) J. Garcia, and Joanna (Nick) Swisher; by great-grandchildren: Joseph Zingarella, Sophia Zingarella, Abigail Marshall, Andrew Garcia, Gabrielle Garcia, and by anticipated baby girl Swisher. Visitation will be 5-8pm Monday, March 11th at the funeral home. A funeral mass is pending for Tuesday, March 12th at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Lighthouse Point followed by interment at Pompano Beach Cemetery.
