Roland A. Smith, 94, formerly of Key Biscayne, passed away on May 26. He served as the Executive Director of the Greater Miami Traffic Association and later as a consultant for Miami International Airport in matters relating to regulations impacting all forms of commercial transportation, including air, land, and water. He is remembered for his integrity, faithfulness, quick sense of humor, and deep personal faith. He leaves is wife, Jane Lusk-Smith; two sons, Ronald A. (Kay) and Roland S. (Gloria); brother Leroy (Anita), and their families. Because of family circumstances, in lieu of a private memorial service, he will be remembered in the monthly Service of Remembrance at John Knox Village Chapel on Wednesday, June 10, 3pm, 200 Lakeside Circle (S.W. 6 St. and Dixie Hw.), Pompano Beach.
