Raphael Caesar Rivero, 85, of Pompano Beach, Florida (and originally from Havana, Cuba) passed away on February 23rd, 2018. He is survived by: his loving wife Concepcion Rivero, son Ralph Rivero (Nancy), daughter Maria Rivero (Daniel), brother Miguel Angel Rivero (Dania), two granddaughters Stephanie and Diana, niece Marianna, and nephews Miguel and Carlos. There will be a public visitation on Tuesday, February 27th from 11 am -3 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. During the visitation there will be a funeral service for Raphael starting at 2 p.m. At 3 p.m. he will be entombed in the cemetery at this same address. While Raphael was a man of few words, through his everyday actions, he taught his family loyalty, responsibility, devotion, resilience, trust, respect, charity, humility, and what true love of family really means. He will be missed.
