Mary was born in Manati, Puerto Rico on May 3, 1933. She resided in New York, Pompano Beach, Fl., and Jacksonville, Fl.
She is survived by her children; Eric, Renee, and Maritza. She had seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, siblings, and special friends.
Her activities included involvement at her church (Grace Baptist) where she volunteered for VBS many years. She served at The Lord’s Gift House as a counseling volunteer (First Baptist Pompano), and also volunteered many years at the Northeast Focal Point Senior Center in Deerfield Beach. She also worked as a teacher’s aide for the ESOL program at Sander’s Park Elementary School in Pompano. She will always be remembered for her love of the Lord Jesus and as a caring mother, loving grandmother, and doting great-grandmother. We will truly miss her.
A visitation will be held Friday, October 30, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 W. Copans Road Pompano Beach, FL 33064. A Committal service the following day will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens at 9:30 AM, 200 W. Copans Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
