Joslyn James Leung

Joslyn was born to parents Jackson Leung and Florie Halsall on May 7, 1937 in St. Ann, JA. He had five siblings and attended Charleston School in Alexandria, St. Ann. In 1967, he married his true love, Joan LueTsing.

Joslyn married Joan and the couple raised many children as their own. Apart from being a businessman, Joslyn loved cooking and being with his wife. He loved taking long walks and the smell of fresh air. Joslyn loved being outdoors, especially in a garden where he could cultivate plants and vegetables.

Joslyn is survived by his wife, Joan, and siblings, Ivy Passley, Sharon Marson, Roy Leung and Cyril Marson. His children include Janet and Kahon Leung. Throughout his life, he took the responsibility of raising other children as his own and shared his unconditional love with all of them. This list includes Andrea Buddasingh, Charles LueTsing, Richard HoShue and Phillip HoShue. Joslyn was a Grandfather to many loved ones and this list includes but is not limited to Colin Conrad, Fredericka Silvera, Andrew Turnball, Christopher Turnball, Jason Creg, Dwayne Chung, Tanya Chung-Oppenheim, Chris Chung, Steven Buddasingh and Tereza ChinNuke. He had such a wonderful presence in all our lives and he will never be forgotten, especially since he was an essential father-figure and friend to many.
