She is survived by her Daughter, Shauna Laszlo Belding, of Virginia City, Montana; her Brother Mark Willis, of Nashville, Tennessee ; her Sister Margo Willis; her nephews Mikey, Christopher, Nicholas and Isaiah ; her nieces Stephanie and Johnna, son in law Kirk Belding and grandson Lucas Belding. She is preceded in death by her Father Bartholomew Willis, Mother Doris, Brothers Matthew, John, and David Willis. She was born on March 25th 1954 in Cleveland Ohio to parents Bartholomew and Doris Willis. She graduated from Nazareth High school in Cleveland, she moved to Florida in 1987 and accepted a position as a sales representative in the wholesale food service industry where she worked for more than 40 years. Debbie had an awe inspiring work ethic and was an inspiration to all. She was a loving Mother and her family always came first. She was a social, active woman who was deeply involved in helping and connecting people. She enjoyed entertaining, rescuing Dalmatians, and taking care of everyone she loved. Her family and friends will always remember her as a bright light and generous spirit, who loved life and never met a stranger. Debs generosity and thoughtfulness was abundant and unstoppable.
A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday January 5th 4-8 P.M.at
Forest Lawn Funeral Home 200 W. Copans Rd. Pompano Beach.
On Friday, January 6th a 12:00pm a Mass at St. Ambrose Church 380 S. Federal Hwy Deerfield Beach, Followed by a celebration of life at Galuppi’s restaurant at 2:00 P.M. 1103 N. Federal Hwy Pompano Beach. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Debbie’s life. The Willis family appreciates your prayers and happy thoughts.
