It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother/grandmother/great-grandmother Mary (Kenny) McGrath, who passed away peacefully at the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence on April 7, 2023 at the age of 92.
Born and raised in Quebec City, Mary was the beloved wife of the late Denis McGrath and mother of Maureen (Anthony Corrado), Sheila (Peter Ractliffe), John (Tania Marcuzzi), Ann (David Grubber) and Michael (Lori Anne Lanigan). She will be sadly missed by her 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitations will be held at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 autoroute 20, Pointe Claire (Cartier Ave., exit 49, 514-483-1870) on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Edmund of Canterbury Church, 105 Beaconsfield Blvd., Beaconsfield (Hwy 20, St. Charles exit). Burial will take place at Rideau Memorial Gardens, 4239 Boul. Des Sources, DDO, following the funeral Mass.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Hope for Dementia or the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence.
