It is with deep sorrow the family of Marsha Leckett announces her passing at the West Island Palliative Care Residence in Pointe-Claire on Tuesday, March 8, at the age of 82. Born in Garcon MB, Marsha moved to Pointe Claire with her family in 1970. She loved socializing and could also be seen curled up reading a good book.
Marsha is survived by her husband Ed Leckett, their two sons Neil (Anita) and Blaine (Ayano), two grandchildren (Kyle and Kevin), her sister Elsie, her late sister Annie, along with their families, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. With a smile that would light up a room, she will be dearly missed.
Visitations will be held at Collins Clarke funeral home in Pointe-Claire on Saturday, March 19, from 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Sunday, March 20, at 1:00 pm followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the West Island Palliative Care Residence or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
