Once upon a time in the east end, we shared, in that relatively small building we called home for eight hours of every working day, smiles, frowns, frustrations, the joy of our own or others' good fortunes. We were as a family, and as such had ups and downs, and that bond persists as all these messages attest.  I was not close to Jack, but always regarded him as a gentleman who seemed kind and warm-hearted, and I was saddened to hear of his unexpected passing. I add my name to the list of all who have sent messages of condolences to you, Cathy, and all his family.

In 1971 at CCR R&D I met Jack Woods and Serge Arsenault and later Cathy Gieorgidas.  Long time ago, our condolences to Cathy and family as well as the family of Serge Arsenault.
In the tank house I met Jack again, always ready even in the  summer moist heat.
I will keep him in my souvenirs.

I was very shocked and sadden by the news of Jack's passing. I will 
cherish all the memories we had together and  with all our golfing buddies, for the last 25 years. He was our idol and inspiration for the game. Jack was a great man, always talking about his family  and especially about his grandchildren which he adored.  He will be  greatly missed by all of us. Toutes mes sympathies a Cathy et les membres de sa famille, j'
ai connu Jack il y a plus de 45 ans a CCR ou nous avons travaillé ensemble. Un vrai bout en train toujours de bonne humeur. On a même fait lui et moi plusieurs mauvais tours a nos collèges de travail, trop nombreux a énumérés. J'ai même échangé avec lui et son ex-épouse Laura, avoir été voir Tom Jones a la place des Arts et se baigner chez lui a St-Bruno avec une bouteille de mousseux sur chaque poteau de la piscine, j'ai même joué au golf avec lui, quelle patience avec moi qui jouait comme un deux de pique. Lui et Cathy on même souligné notre mariage il y a près de 3 ans.

I am terribly saddened by this news.  Jack was a ray of light every time I got to see him.  Sending positive vibes to all in the Woods clan.  Jack will be missed, but he has no doubt (just by being the way he was) left endless great memories for those he has left behind.  Hold on to those memories and let them brighten your darker moments.  Much love to all.
