Glenn was born on February 27, 1957 in Montréal QC to Norman and Hellen (Moore) Sparks. When he was not managing his business, he enjoyed riding his beloved Goldwing motorcycle with friends in the West Island Motorcycle Club, Formula 1 racing, home renovations, Genoa salami and lemon meringue pie.
He is deeply mourned by his children Lindsay (Firas), Meghan (Paul), and Ryan, his adopted son Yannster (Stephanie), and his grandchildren Jacob, Brayden, Logan, and Evelyn. He will be dearly missed by his loving sister Susan, the mother of his children Stephanie, and many friends.

The visitation and funeral service will take place at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White, 222 Autoroute 20, Pointe-Claire. The visitation schedule includes Thursday February 28, 2019 from 18:00-21:00, Friday March 1, 2019 from 14:00-17:00 and 19:00-21:00, and Saturday March 2, 2019 from 10:00-12:00, followed by the funeral service and reception.
