Beverly was a devoted mother to her three children; Kimberly Provost (Stefan Morrison), Kevin Murphy, and Vanessa Courville (Jean-Charles Jr. Mercedat); whom they loved very dearly. Beverly’s two grandchildren Shaedon and Shylah held a special place in her heart; they will deeply miss their grandma.
Youngest daughter of the late Agnes Loretta Moran Murphy and Thomas Edmund Murphy, predeceased by her sister Catherine Pinkerton (Charlie), Beverly leaves behind her brothers Gerald Murphy (Geraldine) and Larry Murphy (Kathleen) as well as many extended family and countless friends all of whom she cherished sincerely.
Beverly was a pillar in the Irish community and enjoyed volunteering her time within several organizations that benefited not only the Irish but that of the Montreal community at large by participating in many fundraisers and organized events. Beverly’s passion for her family, friends and heritage were ever present in everything she did. Her strength, loyalty and compassion for who and what she believed in made a lasting impact on the people who were fortunate enough to meet and to know her.
