William was born to James and Estelle Keen on June 18, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio, then moved with his family to Plant City as a small child.
William had an unwavering faith in the Lord and devotion to his family. He had a passion for sharing the gospel by playing the dobro and singing bluegrass music with his band, Trust in Him, and numerous other bands and friends throughout the years.
William joins his parents James, and Estelle, and his sisters, Charlote and Nancy in heaven. The family he leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife Beverly, ex-wife Helen, children: Teresa (Craig) Hanger, Pam (Carl) Bishop, Becky Guenther (Mike Honeycutt), and John (Jane) Osborne Sr.; Sister: Emily (Ron) Youvan; Grandchildren: Brittany (Mark) Still, Sarah Guenther (Ryan Dagenais), Amber (Jason) Spitzer, Ansley Hanger, William Guenther, and Jordan (Lauren) Hanger, Clint Bishop, Morgan Osborne, John Jr (Jamie) Osborne and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 2, at Sharon Baptist Purity Church (3506 Young Road, Plant City, FL) at 10:00 a.m., with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the National Cemetery in Bushnell at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome.
