She is well known to be a loving, devoted and loyal daughter, wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt cousin, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-n-law, doggie mom and friend.
She was an exceptional, dedicated and talented employee and supervisor in a variety of fields and services: Wheeler Street Childcare, preschool teacher for over 20 years, Ruth’s floral designer for over 10 years, Top to Bottom Cleaning Services 5 years, Southern Homes C/O Madge over 10 years, Personal Caretaker and Home care Giver of Selected Clients for over 10 years.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years: Thomas M Mattair, sons: Thomas A. Mattier (Tony), Kenneth L. Mattair (Kenny), daughter: Angela M. Mattair (Melanie), grandsons: Kyle Turner (Sylvia), Ty Turner (Goose), TJ Mattair and Brody Mattair, great grandson, D.J Turner. Brother -in-laws Lewis Mattair (Alice) and Phillip Mattair (Becky), Sister -in-laws: Debbie Street (Wayne) and Patricia Anderson. Sisters: Denise Robertson-Simmons, Laurie Robertson and Julie Robertson-Doerr plus many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is pre-deceased by her father: Joseph Sanchez, mother: Shirley Angela McKenna-Robertson, brother: John Robertson and nephew: Little Brian Riley, Jr.
She leaves behind a legacy as a very selfless, adored, pure, loving and kind person that had the funniest sense of humor. She was never to busy to help to help someone. She will be deeply missed and remembered by the many lives that she touched and all that love her.
A visitation for Linda will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, 1903 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. at Shiloh Cemetery, 378 E Terrace Dr, Plant City, Florida 33563.
