Frank is predeceased by his brother DW Fletcher and sister Mary Lee Chutter. He was survived by his loving wife Helen of 19 years and many fur babies.
Frank worked with his family picking watermelons during his younger years. He picked so many that he chose never to eat watermelon for the rest of his life. He was then employed by Plant City Utilities and Storm Water.
Frank enjoyed starting his day early. Waking up at 4 a.m. was common in his employment days and even during his retirement. His early morning entertainment while retired was watching World Wide Wrestling matches on T.V. After the sun came up it was all about feeding the squirrels and helping Helen by taking care of household chores.
His collection of Seminole T-shirts attest to his love of the FSU team. During family gatherings Danny and Frank would occasionally hold nap racing competition on the recliners.
Every year he would enjoy vacation days with his family at Bellaire Beach. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed by many friends and family. We love you Frank.
A visitation for Frank will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, Plant City, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
Frank will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery, Plant City, Florida.
