Wesley Bird Newell Jr. was born on August 20, 1946. He passed away at his home on Monday, June 28, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Verda Vanloon Carver, Wesley Byrd Newell Sr. His son Wesley Bird Newell III. His brother, Don Mitchell. He is survived by his wife Lorine (Rogers) Newell, his Daughter Sherry Newell Osborne (s. Bill Osborne), two stepdaughters, Kelly (McKinley) Jewett and Erin (McKinley) Mertley (s. Dan Mertley), his sisters, Donna Fletcher and Brenda Brooks. His two brothers, Harold Newell (s. Jennifer Haslip) and Kenneth Newell (s.Terri). He has numerous grand and great children. He has many nieces, nephews and cousins.
