Wanda Sue Subia

Wanda married John Subia in 1971. She worked in the medical field for hospitals, nursing homes, Catholic schools and schools dedicated to special education.

Wanda and John were members of The Hawaiian Aikane Club. She had a passion for caring for others and her family. She lived to serve others. She was loving, caring, respectful, happy and had the biggest heart. Our family misses her deeply.

Wanda is survived by her only child, Shon, and daughter in law, Carolyn, as well as three grandchildren. She is survived by her five sisters, Linda (Larry) Craig of Jacksonville, Texas; Bonnie Bezio of Denton, Texas; Lori Lightfoot of Estacada, Oregon; Lorraine Bezio (Tony) of Springtown, Texas; Becky (Cord) Rolen of Northlake, Texas and one brother Mark Bezio of Justin, Texas. She is predeceased by her husband, parents and parents in laws. She also left behind a number of sister and brother in laws, nieces and nephews from Hawaii, the Philippines and Mainland.

There will be a celebration for Wanda’s life held at Ted Dickey Funeral Home on August 5th from 2-5pm.
