She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Sue Lacey, her son Kyle Lacey and his wife Karen, Pat's two grandchildren, Kory Lacey and Kendra Lacey Seal, her husband Zach and two daughters Emerson and Everleigh Seal.
After graduating high school, her family moved to Lincoln, Nebraska where she met her future husband while working in her father's drug store. They proceeded to raise a family and lived in many different cities while doing so. John's work in sales required them to be transferred to many locales in the Midwest.
Pat and John moved to Plano in 1971 and became lifelong residents. They were instrumental in establishing the Collin County branch of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Pat was also involved with the Parkinson's Voice Project as well as being a longtime member of Hunter's Glen Baptist Church.
Pat enjoyed traveling, and with her husband made several trips including stops in Europe, Asia and Australia. She loved music and was an accomplished piano player. Reading was a favorite past time.
Pat was always upbeat with a great sense of humor. She was selfless, patient and caring, while also being hard working and energetic.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to NAMI or the charity of your choice.
